1st day of school treat

I know you have all seen this on Eighteen25 or even Pinterest:

Well, I contacted those fabulous ladies because I wanted to add one more part to their printable to make it first day of school friendly! They were so kind to let me post this printable! I know it's not perfect, but I
did my best ;) . Here's what I made:

 you've go yourself a back-to-school treat to give your kiddos!
